Lovett Construction offers a comprehensive drafting and design process. We are builders first, so we design with real budgets in mind. That means no more paying for plans only to find out the construction costs are over-budget.

You will work closely with our design manager, Jarrah, to deliver designs that balance design, feasibility, and cost. The result is a design that suits your vision while remaining realistic about the budget and construction requirements.

We provide full council-ready design packages including detailed plans and estimated build costs. Even better, you are completely free to use the plans and designs to obtain quotes from other builders.  All Lovett Construction designs will also include a detailed, no obligation construction quote  alongside the plans.
